By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.
Eligibility
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children.
You may use our Services only if you are old enough to form a binding contract under the laws of your country, and only if use of our Services is not prohibited by applicable law. Where a game states a minimum age in its store listing, you must meet that age requirement to use it.
If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you should use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Use of Our Services
Our Services are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

While we take reasonable measures to protect stored game data, we do not guarantee that saved progress, account data, or other stored information will always be available or recoverable.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the accounts or platforms used to synchronize your progress.
Online Features and Multiplayer
Some of our Services may include online features, multiplayer functionality, leaderboards, matchmaking, or other network-based services.
Online features may require an internet connection and may depend on third-party platforms, servers, or infrastructure.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features and may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time.
You agree to interact with other players respectfully and not engage in harassment, abuse, cheating, or behavior that negatively affects other users.
User Content
Some of our Services may allow users to create, upload, submit, or share content, including but not limited to text, images, usernames, profiles, messages, designs, or other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through our Services, you grant Guardian Grid Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing our Services.

We are not responsible for User Content created by other users.
Purchases and Paid Services
Some of our Services may require payment before access is granted. Other Services may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual items, additional digital content, or downloadable content (DLC).
Payments are processed through third-party platform providers, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
Your purchases are subject to the payment, refund, and service policies of the applicable platform.
When you purchase one of our Services, you receive a limited license to use the Service. You do not acquire ownership rights to the application, software, content, or intellectual property.
Virtual items, in-game currency, and other digital content have no monetary value outside our Services, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued as part of the ongoing development of a game.
Where a game offers the option to remove or reduce advertising through a purchase, that option applies only to the advertising described in the offer and does not affect other features of the game.
We do not have access to or control over payment information processed by platform providers.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Our Services are supported by advertising. Our games may display advertisements and may use third-party services, including advertising and mediation providers, analytics providers, attribution and measurement providers, crash reporting and performance monitoring providers, payment providers, authentication services, hosting providers, and platform services.
Advertisements are supplied by third-party advertising partners. We do not control the specific advertisements that are shown and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for the websites, applications, or offers they lead to.
Where required by applicable law — generally in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — our games ask for your consent before personalized advertising and certain third-party tools are enabled, and show an “Ads & Data” button that lets you review or withdraw that consent later. We may release updates, patches, improvements, modifications, or changes to our Services at any time.

Older versions of a game may stop working when the services they rely on are changed or discontinued.
