This page applies to all mobile games and applications published by Guardian Grid Games. It describes the full range of services our games may use; any individual game uses only some of them.
How to Request Data Deletion

Please include the following information to help us process your request:
- The name of the game or application you are using;
- A description of your request;
- Any information that may help us identify relevant data, such as a transaction ID for purchases or account information if applicable.
Verification of Requests
To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity or confirm that the request is related to your data.
If we cannot reasonably identify data associated with your request, we may be unable to delete specific information because we cannot determine which data belongs to you.
Data That May Be Deleted
Depending on the services used in the game and the information available, we may delete personal information that can be reasonably associated with your request.
This may include information stored directly by Guardian Grid Games, where applicable.
Most of our games store your progress on your device only. Uninstalling the game removes that data, and clearing the application's data in your device settings has the same effect.
Third-Party Services
Our games may use third-party services such as advertising and mediation providers, analytics providers, attribution and measurement providers, crash reporting and performance monitoring providers, payment platforms, and other service providers.
Some information may be processed directly by these third parties according to their own privacy policies and data deletion procedures.
Examples of third-party services may include:
- Google Play services and Google Play Billing;
- Advertising and mediation providers, such as Appodeal, AppLovin MAX, and Google AdMob, together with the advertising partners they work with;
- Attribution and measurement providers, such as the Meta (Facebook) SDK;
- Analytics providers, such as devtodev and Firebase Analytics;
- Crash reporting and performance monitoring providers, such as Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry.
Where applicable, users may also contact these providers directly to manage their data and privacy settings.
Advertising Identifiers and Consent
Advertising and measurement partners generally identify devices by an advertising identifier rather than by name or account. You can reset or delete that identifier at any time in your device settings, which prevents previously collected advertising data from being linked to your device going forward.
Where a consent framework applies to you — generally in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — the game also shows an “Ads & Data” button in its settings or menu screen, which you can use to review or withdraw your consent at any time. In other regions the consent screen and that button are not shown, and the device-level controls described above are the way to limit advertising personalization.
Purchase Information
If your request relates to purchases or paid content, please provide the relevant transaction information, such as a Google Play order ID, if available.
Payment information, such as credit card numbers, is not collected or stored by Guardian Grid Games and is processed by the applicable platform provider.
Data Retention
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security purposes, fraud prevention, transaction verification, or other legitimate business purposes.
Response Time
We will review and respond to valid data deletion requests within a reasonable period of time and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
